§1 Scope

Through utilization of this website you confirm acceptance of the following contract conditions related to the delivery and sale of our products towards private customers and other purchasers. Amendments to these terms and conditions are only valid when receiving our explicit written concurrence.

 

§2 Orders

With on-line order you deliver a binding bid. This bid is accepted by WIESENGLÜCK if you receive an confirmation with the vorrausichtlichen date of delivery by email. Only with this acceptance of the offer a requirement on supply of the commodity develops. Should the order confirmation reflect any errors (i,e. email-account,delivery address, etc) please notify us immediately in writing a mail by order-number to: office (at) wiesenglueck.de

 

We would like to point out, that we are not liable for minor differences in color variations of the pictures on the website - this is not a mistake on our part, which would result in an exchange or reimbursement of the invoice value. Your understanding is appreciated.

Furthermore we point out that the products, which are sold by us consist of different materials and these get with the time a patina (e.g. truck tarpaulin ). So it gets accordingly to irregularities with the material condition will come. This is not an error in the product, but only an aging process, which is caused by the use of the products.

 

 

§3 Return and exchange policy

 

The customer can return the received product(s) without notification of a reason, within a two week period of receiving the shipment. WIESENGLÜCK will reimburse the whole value of acquired articles if they are unused. The risk of the return consignment is borne solely by the customer. All return packages must be prepaid by the customer and will not be accepted otherwise. The return consignment has to be fully insured and returned to:

To receive a full reimbursement, the returned products must be in new condition. All return shipments must be accompanied by the original delivery note and or the invoice.

 

§4 Shipment and delivery

 

WIESENGLÜCK supplies within Germany and to further countries to the mail-order prices listed in the GTC below automatically added in the internetshop.

 

WIESENGLÜCK is justified to partial deliveries. With partial deliveries WIESENGLÜCK carries additional forwarding expenses resulting from it.

 

When one ordered article is sold out WIESENGLÜCK will inform you by mail. We give therefore no guanrantee of supply. It is valid: The supply is enough only so long as there are products on stock. If there is any delay in the delivery we will inform you.

 

Holidays are not federally uniform and are furnished the service achievements in different Federal states. The holidays, specified above, are valid from there for legal holidays in each case the Federal states, in which suppliers are involved in the completion of an order.

 

 

Shipping and handling in Germany:

Forwarding expenses are free in Germany - only with cash on delivery a fee of 6,00 ? is to be paid within Germany.

Delivery within Germany are realized within 3 working days via UPS and is free of charge.

Packages (Group 1+2) typically arrive within 5-7 days from the date we receive the order. Packages (Group 3) abroad required 7-14 days until arrival.

 

 

5§ Prices/PAYMENT MODE

The prices of our products are quoted in EURO including the Value Added Tax.

The payment of the products takes place either by advance payment, upon delivery (only in Germany) or alternatively via PayPAL. The cash-remittance-fees for international credit transfer are borne solely by the customer.

 

 

 

6§ Privacy

Wiesenglück will undertake to apply and respect all data privacy rights. The data required for order prosecution will be electronically recorded and processed, and on in relationship with management of your order. We undertake not to transfer and or use for any other purpose any customer related data. After treatment customers data will be deleted.

 

7§ Property Rights

The delivered product(s) remain the sole property of WIESENGLÜCK until such time that full payment of the invoice amount is received.
